Herb Leaves and Bridal Bouquets

Almost a year ago, fleur decor had the pleasure to travel to beautiful Phoenix, Arizona for the Hall/Brookshire wedding. Bonnie, the creative bride, wanted to incorporate the natural elements of the desert fauna into the wedding flowers. We decided on a burnt orange and sage green focus with some yellow and deep red added into the mix.

The images on this blog post are the stunning work of Deann Barrera of Deann B Photography.

The bride's bouquet was a beautiful color burst with the burnt orange dahlias and mini calla lilies mixing with sage herb leaves, chocolate cosmos, and black magic roses. The bridesmaid bouquets combined sage green hydrangeas with white dahlias and mini callas. The warm tones of the flowers mixed with the cool sage green mirrored the desertscape. The intimate tables doned beautiful sage green silk runners with recycled glassware containing long stems of orange dahlias with a collar of sage green hydrangea. Try incorporating herbs into your floral scheme for added texture and scent.
